What we collect

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. If you become a client, we also hold the contact and billing details needed to deliver our services and invoice you.

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party embeds.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential project (legitimate interests).
• To deliver work you have engaged us for and manage our contract with you (contract).
• To keep financial records as required by law (legal obligation).

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing purposes. We only pass it to service providers who help us run the business, such as our email and accounting providers, under appropriate agreements.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for six years after the end of our engagement to meet accounting and tax requirements.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Email us and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
